CoC how to optimize or next steps

Hey,

I love this build and I have made some adjustments to make it more optimal for me with my current budget and so on.

My question is just, how can I now scale it to more damage?

I am currently at 9mill but I feel I can get more out of it I am just not sure where and how. Any tips would be appriciated.
