[Controller] Cyclone can't spin in place

Yeah, so I have my Cyclone on "x" button and most of the time when I hold it my character automatically starts spinning in the direction I last moved in, even though I want it to spin in place. Super annoying when you try to be precise with your positioning.

I'm using an Xbox controller for PC.
