Controller Support - Mouse click required to type with keyboard

When you press enter on the keyboard you then have to click with left mouse button in the text entry field before you can type. This is required every message or command that is typed.

I assume that is an unintended bug, it breaks any macro usage for typing a chat command when using controller mode, and doesn't feel smooth at all for the user when typing any message or commands. It requires the user to press enter on the keyboard, move hand to the mouse and locate cursor then move cursor to the text entry field at the bottom of the chat box and left click, repeating this process for every message or command they want to type out.

It is also not clear that this behavior is required to type in chat so many people will probably assume it is not even possible while using controller mode.
