Controller Support - Withering step while channeling cyclone interaction

With keyboard and mouse you can set cyclone to mouse click and use the keyboard bindings for withering step to use it at the same time as channeling cyclone. When used in this way withering step does not end from the "Using a skill" condition if continuing to channel cyclone that you started before using withering step.

On controller you are unable to use withering step this way, while holding a button to channel cyclone if you hold down the button for withering step you are unable to move with the joystick and when you release the button for withering step the skill effect for withering step will end.

Controller used: Xbox elite controller on windows 10.


Edit: Upon further testing it may be a controller issue, with cyclone on X and withering step on A the above happens because releasing A stops the channeling of cyclone briefly even if X was held down the whole time. When changing withering step to Y the problem no longer happens (AKA releasing A button on xbox controller temporarily stops the held down position of X but releasing Y does not)
