MacOS mouse buttons issue

4 and 5 mouse buttons are recognized by the game as middle button.
I think the issue is about two years old, is there any news regarding the issue?

this is a MacOS issue not a path of exile issue. you can try to map via third party apps like "steermouse" or if you have a Logitech or Corsair mouse you should be able to map with their software. I just purchased a Logitech G502 to use for my gaming on a Mac as Razer stopped updating their mac software years ago now and it no longer works with any current mouse they sell.
