Question about DPS of my Skele Mage Build

Hello all,

I started in this league again because I thought the Skele Mage build was cool. I watched several videos and compared builds.
So far it works quite well.

Now I'm upgrading items and see where I can improve. And I stumbled across an aspect that makes me wonder.

When I import my char in the Path of Building, I see a Full DPS of 800k for the Skeletons.

Now when I look at von Viktons Video about it, it has 12Mio DPS.

Either I'm too stupid to configure Path of Building (I don't exclude that, because I never do that otherwise) or I have a basic problem, which I should take care of first.

Can you help me where the (supposedly) exorbitant difference comes from? Because I run T16 meanwhile very relaxed.
