Returning old player needing advice

So,its been a very very long time since i last played poe. Cant even remember the last league i played lol. Was gonna try a caustic arrow build and need some help figuring out how to progress the skill tree with all the new changes and whatnot. And if there are any decent builds made around caustic arrow. Please link them for me so i can get a better idea of what i need to do. Thanks in advance ^.^
