Unable to see Guild Stash maps

Hi, I am a officer in my guild with view add and remove access to the guild stash map stash.

however I was unable to view the maps left in the Guild Stash maps from my guild members. I streamed and showed my friends as well.

Is this a bug or how can i resolve this?

Is this the right section or under HELP and INFORMATION?
