High ping on Sao Paulo servers (Again and again)

High ping landed again sadly, we had 3 good days till now. Lot of winMTR's, lot of calls to my ISP and problem still exists. Anyone with same issue?

Went to play just now, but the ping is around ~180ms here (where normally is 30~50ms).

Done the WINMTR, but it seems fine there... I don't know what is going on.
