Can't login to characters that load into Karui Shores

When I try to login to my League character it tries to load into Karui shores, but has an infinite loading screen even though I can hear the ingame sounds in the background. I logged into a standard character and it loaded in just fine, but when I migrated the over to the new karui shores it didn't load and now that character is unable to login.
