Game crashes at launch

Since Sunday the 6th the game keeps crashing at launch. It shows black screen for about two seconds then crashes to desktop. I am using the Steam version
Things I have tried:
-clear the \My Games cache
-clear the \Roaming cache
-Steam repair
-uninstall Path of Exile + delete all Path of Exile folders + reinstall on a different ssd
-disabled "Enable audio enhancements" in windows sound control
no luck yet.

Seems like my graphics driver got screwed somehow. Thread can be closed
