Game crash in Karui Shore.

When entering Karui Shore after beating act10, going into the tunnel where Kirac is, the game crashes.

I've tried checking Integrity in steam, I've also tried with multiple characters, but same thing. Any idea? Unable to progress.

EDIT:
I reinstalled the game, but I also cleaned out the files in %AppData%\Path of Exile - This fixed the issue so far.
