QOL improvement

Problem:
So currently if we want to add on a mod like legion for example we have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list of options, now that might not seem like a big deal however on console it takes longer than it does on pc and when you compound this effect over 1000’s of maps it becomes a huge time waste.

Solution:
Create a reorganization option, allowing us to rearrange the order in which the options fall.

Example, I take legion from the bottom of the list and swap it with fortune favours the brave.
