please provide detailed information about ALL your hardware, your OS, any info from client.txt file and a full DXDiag report using pastebin URL.

I got the same problem as guy above.
I have download client from your web site, from steam or what else was even possible but nothing worked.
I use
Acer Aspire VX5-591G
WIn10 Home 64x
Intel Core i5-7300 HQ
8Gb RAM
GeForce GTX 1050

The game used to work very well a few years ago....
