Hi Support,
my problem started after patch 3.16. Sometimes I am logged off after 2-3 minutes when I want to switch from one instance to another instance. At this time I get only the loading screen. After 2-3 minutes I come back to the login screen. and see this error message An unexpected disconnection occurred. This happens on different parts in the game Hideout to hideout. hideout to maps or when i lvl a new char between the difference zones I test a lot with the setting and I also switch from steam to the local client. I make also for both options a fresh installation. I change the internet connection (Willytel and Vodafone Mobile) as well and test different internal connections to the router (WLAN and Cable) I have also the same problem. Test also the MTR tool. Your WinMTr looks fine as such. Little high latency spikes between your PC and the router/modem in your home.
Do you by any chance use a WiFi connection or Wireless ISP solution ?? Make sure your router/modem is using latest firmware and restart it (turn it off for 2 min and then on again). Else you will have to hope it gets solved on friday with the new lunch.... Also GGG doesn't offer any TECH support for "the moment" (been like this for several years now)...... Im having the same issue. I have tried to reinstall, done packcheck and removed files to get over 10GB extra space on the SSD but still having issues,
