New Map Sounds.

I logged into start preparing for the new league and noticed new map sounds.

These sounds would be cool if they occurred rarely but they are overwhelming every couple of seconds and they cannot be turned off without turning off everything.

In ultimatum I tried to use Jack, the Axe and actually got so annoyed by the amount of unwanted sound it generated that could not be turned off I had to downgrade my build for a while.

I do still very much like dialog, item alerts and chat alerts. So I can't turn off all sound.

Please make these extra "map sounds" optional.
