Any way to change character avatars ?

So, I just hate the elementalist avatar...It bugs me out...It will not get changed soon I assume, so this is what keeps me from actually playing an elementalist...

Is there any way to change it somehow ?

I do not know, some kind of tool , just not to see that damn face ?

Because if that's not the case I will just script a damn red block in the position were the character is every time I open poe just not to see it.

They've had a portrait cosmetic forever in the game, but they've never done anything with it, at least for NA, maybe other parts of the world do.
