Trade Market Filter: Hide items that don't match search entry.

Probably moot to make console suggestions at this point. Gonna try anyway.

We have an option to hide items in the trade market that appear on offline users. I would like to see a similar feature implemented when using the search filter.

Console users don't use a mouse and keyboard for PoE. It takes forever with a controller to flip thru pages and to highlight the items that appear in our search. Having a way to hide items that don't match the search criteria would allow item hits to fit on a single page, maybe two. It would beat flipping thru 80 pages just to find the one highlighted item.

That would be very nice! the items that do not have the keywords on the search filter bar should just not appear at all!

Actually this works for the Microtransactions Store. So it could be done. another suggestion is to hide items with no price even if the stash is public.

GGG doesn't want to improve trading. Is part of the philosophy that trading is supposed to be grinding.

They know this is something we want, they have made a point that they don't want to do it. Essentially for trade on Console finding the item will be difficult but buying the item is streamlined, for PC the opposite is the case, finding the item is very easy but purchasing it can be a major hassle. This friction is intended by design and they don't plan on working around it.

They had intended to add Website purchasing on the Console, but with the trade board they found that it was trivial to find the item you wanted then just search for that specific item in the trade board, so they decided we won't get that.
