[3.16] Storm Brand Build | Occultist | Scourge | Path of Exile 3.16

Hey guys, storm brand occultist build is here. Using void batteries and badge of the brotherhood. Badge of the Brotherhood has a unique mod that "Your Maximum Frenzy Charges is equal to your Maximum Power Charges". So we can have 10 power and frenzy charges. Also converting lightning damage to cold damage with Call of the Brotherhood rings.


Build Cost
- Medium Budget: 10-50 ex


Power Charges: Playing with 10 power charges
- Overcharge, Instability, Infused (Skill Tree), +3 Power Charge
- Forbidden Power (Ascendancy), +1 Power Charge
- 2x Void Battery, +2 Power Charge
- Helmet, +1 Power Charge

3.17 CHANGES:
- Awakened Added Lightning Damage Support: Supported Skills now have 21 to 391 added Lightning Damage at gem level 1 (previously 23 to 445), up to 24 to 449 at gem level 5 (previously 29 to 543).

What would you recommend leveling as from league start if you wanted to get to this build?

Hey! Great build. But how the heck can we get to those 50 ex?? I create a lvl 1 witch, and how am I supposed to level up untill i can afford all this stuff? Any suggestions?

pretty decent build i took a more defensive route since i got a shield with power charge implicit and increased my block chance + enduring compusre gave me more tankiness over all did all content just fine all of it and im still level 89!

Would it be a good idea to use Inpulsa's Broken Heart + Asenath's Gentle Touch for this build?

hey would it work with eagle essence large cluster jewel this build the difference is instead of increased lightning dmg. it gives gold dmg so far havent seen eny with lightning and other right skills.
