Synthesis Emitter Hideout Decoration Placement Height

In synthesis league this asset was used to create walkable bridges and the beetle like portion could be walked on.
As a decoration the object cannot be walked on and the energy projection appears at knee height. Could the asset be lowered to be more believable as a walkable surface?  "If they actually showed gameplay with it zoomed out and then zoomed it in for the real one I think there would be actual riots in the street. I think that people would burn the building down."
