(Almost) Uniques Only Ice Spear Raider

Updated for 3.17

Pros:
- high Evasion
- capped Spell Dodge
- immunity to Curses
- do not take extra damage from crits
- ailment immunity


Cons:
- needs to be stationary to deal damage
- rely on gem swap clear vs bosses

Can do confidently:
- T16 AL9 Maps
- Shaper (even under Maven's influence)
- Elder (even under Maven's influence)

Require fight knowledge:
- Uber Atziri (only because reflect)

- Chayula's Pure Breachstone[
- The Feared

Can be Hard:
- 100% Delirious Maps

Can do almost any content. Good survivability on T16 red maps with Awakening level 9. Can handle Endgame bosses: deathless Sirus, Shaper. Uber Elder/Maven requires knowledge on how to avoid spawning degen ground all over the arena, and Uber Atziri if you are not hitting the clone with mirror (DO NOT USE Sniper's Mark) then the fight is fine.

Raider provides element avoidance and Onslaght, Phasing, high Evasion and is really great for defences.

Gear






Replica Paradoxica Vaal Rapier gives us some damage (chance to deal double damage, crit multiplier, spell damage) and triggers Storm Brand for power charges.

Viridi's Veil Praetor Crown in combination with magic rings gives us really big chunk of survivability and quality of life since we are able to ignore any crit/curse rolls on maps.

Kintsugi Exquisite Leather is our defence option. The corruption to look for:
- +2 to Level of Socketed Projectile Gems.
Doppelganger Guise Sadist Garb can also be a good option: more protection vs physical/chaos damage, but less Evasion and Life.

Coward's Legacy Chain Belt just gives us an ability to take Pain Attunement.

Crystallised Omniscience Onyx Amulet gives high damage boost and Elemental Resistances.

Atziri's Step Slink Boots just good boots with high Movement Speed, Life and Spell Dodge.

Replica Mistwall Laquered Buckler gives chance to avoid Physical damage and Spell block. Even if we are loosing the effect of Wind Dancer on block, this is really a good option, since we are getting more Evasion and taking 0 damage from hit is much better then just 20% less.

Hidden Potential Viridian Jewel gives us 50% increased damage. Split Personality Crimson Jewel as well as Brutal Restraint Timeless Jewel are needed to increase Omniscience.

For Watcher's Eye Prismatic Jewel the best roll is "Damage Penetrates X% Cold Resistance while affected by Hatred". We also need "Life gain on hit while affected by Vitality". Without it we need to get Life Leech somewhere (for example Doryani's Lesson).

Magic rings helps to fix almost any missing defence: Life, Elemental or Chaos Resistances. And as for flasks we use only Diamond Flask for damage and since we are critting often with Ice Spear Surgeon's mod is one of the best. For others "Used when you take a Savage Hit" enchant is really good for more defences and also it is nice to have some instant Life flask just in case.

Labyrinth Enchantments
Helmet:
- "Ice Spear fires an additional projectile" is the best one.

Gloves:
- "Commandment of Light" can be nice for Consecrated Ground to increase regen;
- "Commandment of Spite" for Chilled Ground to slow enemies even more.

Boots:
- "8% chance to Dodge Spell Hits if you've taken Spell Damage Recently" really nice enchant for extra (if needed) Spell Dodge after hit;
- "Damage Penetrates 10% of Enemy Elemental Resistances if you haven't Killed Recently" is nice damage boost for many endgame bosses;
- "80% chance to Avoid being Stunned if you've Killed Recently" can be nice if you are afraid of being Stunned, but since we are rarely being hit this is not that usefull.

Belt:
- +300 to Evasion Rating while you have Phasing.

What uniques can be easily changed

- Atziri's Step Slink Boots for Redeemer's boots with X% chance to gain Elusive on Critical Strike;
- Replica Paradoxica Vaal Rapier a rare weapon with good rolls (crit multiplire, crit chance, cold/spell damage, level to gems etc);
- Null and Void Legion Gloves for good rare gloves with good Life Roll.

Gems
Main Skill: Ice Spear + Spell Echo Support + Added Cold Damage Support + Greater Multiple Projectiles Support + Lifetap Support + Increased Critical Damage Support
Anomalous Ice Spear is really good but can be pretty expensive. If you feel really bad without it then take Piercing Shots on the tree or use Pierce Support.

Movement: Dash + Second Wind Support and Portal.

Auras and buffs:
- Hatred + Herald of Ice + Grace + Enlighten Support
- Sniper's Mark
- Steelskin + Increased Duration Support + Level 7 Arcane Surge Support
- Precision and Vitality, can be added both at Level 1, for the ability to use more Watcher's Eye Prismatic Jewel rolls.

Trigger in weapon: Storm Brand + Power Charge on Critical Support + Increased Critical Strikes Support


Bandits and Pantheon
Bandits: just go for 2 points (kill all) option.

For the minor god i'm going for Soul of Shakari for Chaos damage protection.

For the major god Soul of Lunaris for even better damage avoidance.

Leveling tips
Before Ice Spear you can level with Frost Blades or Ice Shot whichever feets the best. Also early on I'd recomend to ignore critical strike chance or multiplier and focus on elemental/cold damage and defences.

For Labirinth I'd go: Rapid Assault -> Quarz Infusion -> Avatar of the Veil -> Avatar of the Chase.

Couple good Unique items:
- Fairgraves' Tricorne Tricorne for Shock immunity early on;
- Three-step Assault Shagreen Boots is slightly worse version of Atziri's Step Slink Boots;
- Eclipse Solaris Crystal Wand can be nice for blind as well as upgraded version Corona Solaris Crystal Wand.
