3.15 New Stream - Top-tier Burning Arrow Elementalist

Bucking hard against the meta shift from 3.15 to 3.16, I decided to stick with Burning Arrow Elementalist and make it work similarly to before even after having been nerfed to the ground. Almost nobody is playing this spec, and definitely nobody has geared one up to the degree I have presently (evidenced by a 30 second search on poe.ninja). After much work, mega-juicing Nemesis 3 among other farming strategies has become incredibly fun this season. Some people have reached out to me about what I'm doing, so I decided I might try streaming again, something I haven't done since playing D3 Vanilla hardcore mode.

At the time of creating this post, I'm currently sitting at just over 14m boss DPS, which is roughly 1/3 the sort of numbers higher-tier BAE's were pulling last season. Being a notoriously glassy build, I managed to squeeze in Divine Flesh as a much needed primary defensive layer this time around for added survivability: 40k eHP(physical), 70k eHP(elemental), 40k eHP(chaos). Suffice to say making this build a lot tankier than the meta called for, especially right after its offensive capacities had been nerfed by a factor of four or five, was extremely challenging.
