Earned Challenge Totem not in Hideout stash or in Microtransaction

I finished Challenge 22 and received notice of earning the Totem but it did not arrive in my hideout stash. I looked in microtransactions also. Am I looking in the wrong please. Note did log out and back in to see if it would arrive.

When you say "hideout stash", do you mean the Decorations window? (That's where it should be.)
To access it, go to your Hideout and click on the chair button, just above the XP bar. If there isn't one, click on the arrow just on top of the XP bar to reveal the menu. All of your totem poles will be in a section called Challenge Rewards. The poles will be in alphabetical order. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
