Need help. Too squishy with spectres

Hello

I have been building my own version of cold conversion SO spectres, but now I need some help.

I can do t16 alched maps with 1-2 deaths, but I die frequently on bosses due to 1hit. Especially Sirus in phase 3

I have scored a ring I managed to sell for 60ex off a Ritual, so now I have about 80 ex to spend bettering this build.

I would greatly appreciate any advise, what can I do to make this more survivable.
