so since I've been 38 years old I haven't had a solid place to train. I'm 50 now finally have a place to start training again so I've been working on my staff skills in both jo and bo. once I get to Beyond embarrassment level, I'll be posting some videos up for you guys.

Thanks for fixing that for me. I can work the crap out of a computer but these damn smart phones are confusing for me. I guess I'm the wrong generation for these damn things
