Mysterious Voice in Simulacrum is talking over himself

Reproduce: enter the Simulacrum, approach the NPC, and immediately start the event (click on it).

He used to interrupt himself, i.e. stop his greeting when you clicked on him, and say the Wave 1 line.

Now he continues with the greeting as well as Wave 1 line on top of that.
