Keep dying on T1 maps - Help with my build

Help me sort out my build with some guidance. I keep getting killed on T1 maps, and I'm not sure what equipment I need to change.

You should have at least 75 all elemental resists. As for life 3k is what I like to have for when I do merc lab (just before maps).
