Add Buyout Checkbox and Alternate Group clause container

So while I am well aware I can search by ~ to find all offers with a buyout I am certain a large number of newer players are unaware of this detail. A simple checkbox on the UI to highlight "Buyout Only" like we have on the online users would be fantastic (even better if it pre-filtered them rather than just highlighting, but either way would be nice). Even though I know I can put the tilda it would be great to just hit life LT+X or something and show buyout only quickly without needing to go to the filter and keyboard layout.

Also, another item that would make life a bit easier is to allow the ' to group clauses together as well as " The reason for this is the ' is on the first screen of the keyboard (at least on xbox) while the " is on the second page. Would save a decent amount of time to not have to cycle around the pages while searching for "8 Passives" Minion for example if I could do '8 Passives' Minion wihtout changing the keyboard layout.
