Too many visual effects

So I like how I can customize the look of a character with various MTX, but what would really be awesome is getting rid of all visual clutter flying around them. I can't see any of my purchases behind all the flask effects, power/endurance/frenzy charges, fortify effect, elusive effect's seran wrap and so forth.

What if we could get invisible buff effects for some of these things?
