Seeking Build Help - Lit>Chaos Conversion Occultist

I've been pondering a proper, non-starter build for Expedition, centered on a few ideas:
* Voltaxic Rift is very strong right now, with 100% shock maximum, triple shock effectiveness, and lit>chaos conversion.
* It stacks perfectly with Voltaxic Burst for 40+60>100% lit>chaos conversion.
* Asenath's Chant allows for casting while using a bow skill, getting past the awkward priming period of VoltBurst.
* I was thinking Storm Rain, but Toxic Rain seems better if you don't have lots of projectiles to work with.
* Occultist seems best class. Take Lightning and Chaos damage nodes, get global crit and shock chance.

My problem comes with Accuracy. There doesn't really seem to be room in the build left for it, and it's often on bow nodes that don't work with spells. If the ToxicRain can't hit, the enemies don't get shocked except in melee range, you can't life/es gain on hit, etc.
Also, even though AssChant is Energy Shield, as is the Soul Strike quiver it synergizes well with, the nodes needed for that are awkward to get. Should it be life with a touch of ES? Or go full CI and make it work?

Any ideas? I feel it's strong if you can get past the downsides, as enemies would constantly be hindered(60%), withered, peppered with chaos that can give life/es on hit, and when they actually reach you they get obliterated by your constant bursts.
