Character/build -> Berserker currently lvl 84.
Non-crit with Resolute technique. Ascendancy passives -> War bringer, Crave the slaughter, Rite of Ruin, Aspect of carnage. Gem links -> Rage vortex, fortify, pulverise, brutality, rage, melee phys. My feedback is that the skill has very good damage potential & utility, but it requires Redblade banner shield to be viable. Even with ascendancy giving rage on hit + rage support + war bringer, the rage generation is too slow to use the skill consistently. Its a great idea for a skill, but limiting it by requiring a unique item is not the right move. There's just too much difference between using the shield and not using it, since with it and using any warcry you go instantly to full rage when below 25. |

Why prohibit staves? They already suffer from a lack of skills variety. Second: Slowing down mechanic. Some mobs despite being white or blue have a large amount of hp. For example, expedition fat monsters are all white, little cockroaches from harvest also white & etc. Fighting with them sometimes feels like hell. lethal pride and chainbreaker node gives me with 400% mana regen 17 rage a second regen
and mirrored gear build with 100ex investment on other gear can not beat voidforge and EE damage with shit gear no need for redblade no need for warcry other then intimidate with like 10 ex in gear i am at 10mil dps at lvl 82 | |

As of 3.21 the animation for the rage storm in rage vortex does not animate. the only thing that happens is the visual scratches on the surface.
