Einhar Bug

I talk to Einhar in Forest act 2. I head to Riverway, explore the entire area and he isn't there. How do I find this guy?

Hi.
Einhar is guaranteed to spawn in The Riverways only if you have not met him before. Same thing is true for Alva: she will spawn in the The Causeway only if you have not met her before that point. |
