[Art Quality Issue] Weapon effects look disconnected when they ignore rotations of the character

I tried out some of the weapon MTX effects and I can't unsee how disconnected to the world they look due to not respecting character model rotations. Particle effects that are meant to look like they are emitted from your weapon into the world are instead rendered on what looks like a camera-aligned planar mesh and don't take into account the rotation of the character in the shader or the movement made in world space after emission.
