Maybe not quite mirror tier lol but the theme is quite strong and it does be begging for a mavens orb...

It actually dropped fully formed no crafting or spamming was done beyond slamming it with the first cold dot enchant labrynth would provide..

Too bad I only dropped it on the last day of the league haha or I'd build some kind of cold dot build around it...
