Meanwhile in Australia it's a brisk 16 degrees and we're all cozy in our Delta lockdown with our Uniqlo thermals.
Hottest I've seen it here, ever, was 50. And that was wet heat too, which makes it far, far worse. 40 in dry heat (eg middle of the country) was far more tolerable to me, albeit dangerously so.
