When will path of exile available in PSN Hongkong?

hey guys, it seems people talked about the launch of POE in PSN Hongkong in 2019. But I just find out that POE is still unavailable in PSN Hongkong. I downloaded the game with an USA account, but made a mistake to play with my Hongkong account. Now I can't buy points with the Hongkong account or share the points bought with my USA account. Do you still have a plan to make POE available in PSN Hongkong?
