Ultimatum mechanic

So I’ve noticed for a couple days now that doing the new mechanic all of a sudden we’re consistently hitting wave 7 and receiving a common rewards of (5) currency from binding to chaos orbs etc.. what happen to waves 8-9-10 aka trail master I understand he is supposed to be rare but what about the other two waves were we had rewards of 1-3 exaults or even 6 link items or even good uniques all of a sudden these rewards have been less common to a high extent and a very consistent cycle of hitting on wave 7 we can actually tell when the ultimatum is going to end once you see the (5) of random currency by wave 7 this wasn’t common before am I the only one experiencing this ?

The 5-stack of Currency (or 3 or 4 stack) is quite common, and, AFAIK, has been all along.

The TrialMaster is extremely rare. More rare than the supposed 2% spawn rate in T14+ maps. If they programmed it as a straight 2%, then their RNG (actual Random Number Generator, not the gamer-term) needs some help, because the shown rate is *way* less than 2%.

I've gotten TrialMaster twice. I will admit I occasionally bail on an Ulti before it's finished, if it's a really rippy map and I've already gotten a good reward (or care about my XP, which varies from time to time), but I complete at least 90% of Ulti's I start, and I've done over 500 maps. At 90% completion, and 2% chance, I should have seen at least 9 TrialMasters by now.

Ok, maybe 7 or 8, because some of those maps I'm counting are 11-13 (1% instead of 2%) but most are 14+.

Also, I've yet to see an Exalt as an Ulti reward. I've gotten them as drops from the mobs, but never as the reward. Best rewards so far have been stacks of Exalt Shards or 2 Divine Orbs (which was one of my TrialMasters). Other TM was 10 Stacked Decks. I've been offered 3 total 6L items, one of which I failed due to a network issue, but none of them were good.

I think the "average" rewards for completing 7ish waves of Ulti are actually pretty good. Lots of raw chaos and decent items.

But I think that finding 8 or 9 wave Ultis is SUPER rare, and finding Exalt-level rewards is also super rare.

I do feel like the average rewards for 7+ waves have gotten worse since the start. But it could just be my perception, because back then 5c or a 6S/5L was pretty good.

Counting my 2 TrialMasters, I've found 4 Ultis wave 9 or longer, and a total of 5 wave 8 or longer (as in, only one that was exactly 8 waves, 2 that were 9, and 2 that were 10). That seems really low for 500+ Ultis completed.

I haven't seen it go past 6 rounds in about a week and I finish all of them. Kinda lame to be that rare tbh
