Console Trade Market - Mental Experiment?

This becomes an issue every time I play and get to end-game, and the solution of 'play SSF and ignore it' is not addressing the issue.

I enjoy trading in games, finding an item and yes I can't use it but looking forward to passing it on for reward. This I enjoy.

Current system I do not enjoy not playing the game and just pressing R2 over and over scrolling through pages upon pages of unrelated gear, it's such a time sink I don't enjoy with my limited free time to play the game. I feel like I log on to shop so I end up playing less and less each time.

Autoaccept needs to be a function, online and offline. There is no need for it not to be there.

Searching directly for an item, if I want a 6 link, then show me only 6 links for that item type. If I want a prophecy and you give me a filter to put in the prophy name, show me only these prophecies.

It's like the market is setup as a digital torture experiment, and it doesn't make people play longer it grates on people's effort to keep going. From a business standpoint it doesn't even make sense to increase player retention.

I thought I'd make this thread to show there is still people wanting change, whether it has been addressed before with no changes. Feel free to input or just vent with me.

I couldn’t agree more. I just started playing the game, and the Trade Market is a disaster. To grow the game issues like this need to be addressed.
Every aspect of poe is about grind.
So Chris thinks even finding something in the market should be grinding.

This is the reason they make it so hard and braindead.

If they wanted to make it easier it would already be done.

But is good to have dreams

Haha, I didn’t think about it like that. I’ve actually gotten good at searching using filters, which gives users who persevere an advantage.
trade market on ps4 is mental, i go for a item sat tubulot rosa to start a witch and it costs nearly 20-50 choas on market unreal when i look up on trade on pc saying around 1 choas. New to game this make me wonder how to build currency for ps4 as now guides for ps4 trade to help?? only info i find are always pc related. I tried to follow slaydra all acts upto act 4 or 5 was great but when came to buy a item the costs were way out any way pc and consoles prices be matched up. need so much help!
dont comment on me grammer etc i am dyslexic and do try my best. At 59 yrs young still gaming.
I'm not sure why they couldn't implement something better when pc has this incredibly detailed and powerful trade website. Like, yeah I can search for specific mods, but I still have to scroll through 200 pages of jewels in order to find the one I want. It straight up took me an hour to find four jewels.

There is ONE Tabula on PC listed for 1c, and that's a price-fixer or something.

You can VENDOR a Tabula and get a Divine Orb, which is around 15c on PS4 (as of a few days ago) or around 10c on PC.

If you're going to compare to prices on PC, be aware you need to scroll down a little bit, not just look at the very cheapest item.

And only Corrupted or Enchanted Tabulas with good mods are 50c. A normal Tabula is around the same price as a Divine Orb. 15-20c.

Tabula isn't even the best option for leveling. It's a great starter chest once you're at maps.

But you can do the whole story and up to T3-T5 maps on a 4-link.

Using a 6L early will just give you mana issues because your skill will be too expensive.

I highly recommend following SSF guides when playing on Console, because trade-league PC guides will give you unrealistic expectations.

the way it's designed makes rares way too hard to find so they aren't that sellable unless extremely well crafted and you advertise it.

I don't care about the prices so much, it's easier to make currency.

But they didn't have to design the market to cater to scumbag price fixers.

Those people that have 100 exalts all stacked to 1 and list for the same price and they don't sell it ever, really fucking irritate me. I'm not even going for the lowest priced ones, I'm going for the highest priced ones and still.

Stop catering to price fixers please. There are easy solutions (show name of seller next to item and let us block them). That would be an easy and simple solution.
