WTB Void Scepter with Trigger a socketed spell when you use a skill mod

Hi all,
Playing a Detonate Dead Necro that needs the Trigger mod on weapon.
Looking for a Void Scepter if possible with:
%Increased Elemental Damage
Increased Fire Damage
%of Fire Damage as extra Chaos damage
Increased Cast Speed.

Been looking for the trigger mod for a while and haven't been able to unveil it myself yet.
