Doppelganger Guise as a Skin Transfer

Are there any plans to make it where you can choose which one you use as a skin transfer instead of the "Sane" version. I know both versions are reskins of the Black/White MTX. I prefer the steel colour of the "Insane" but was dissapointed knowing it's based on the special skill being used.
