[3.15] Toxic Rain Build | Raider | Expedition | Path of Exile 3.15
Hey guys, first build of the ultimatum league; toxic rain raider. I actually started with low life fire reap chieftain but it didn't scale as I expected and I got the quiver from Hunter. So I decided to make a toxic rain build. Raider is pretty good ascendancy for toxic rain. We get a lot attack speed and movement speed from ascendancy. You can also go for trickster, occultist, pathfinder or deadeye.
Leveling is pretty smooth with toxic rain. All you need is a Quill Rain. Start with caustic arrow and add toxic rain at level 12. Support gems are not really different than end game setup. " How do you trigger the shocks, or is it only when you crit? Would you suggestie carcass jack instead? |

"Most likely from skitterbots. |

He uses skitterbots for that :)

Thats literally just a bunch of random items thrown together.

I just tried it, and while I usually wait til after the Act 2 boss to really look at a build, the single target damage is thus far severely slowing progress down. Is there something else I should be using with CA/Toxic Rain? Maybe get ahead of the curve on levels to get more big boy passives?

One question: Are for toxic rain damage only the DoT buffing attributes relevant, or also the base damage (e.g. physical damage, elemental damage)? Would be good to know what to look out for when acquiring new equipment.
