Idea - Hideout Sign

Hey, silly idea here, but I would love a sign that says something like "stay awhile and listen" or if that isn't kosher, how about "stay awhile and look around". I would place it next to my waypoint, hopefully making people feel comfortable about looking around more. I like the atmosphere in my HO and want people to know that they can hangout if they want for awhile, even if just trading.

Could be MTX or findable...I don't know or care.

Maybe not a popular idea, but wanted to throw it out there.
