Very nice video. Thanks. But I'd do palms down with 50 pushups so you're actually getting work in during the stretch. Actually just working out in the reg i'd think alvieates much with added bonus of cardio/muscle/ligament strengthening. Min/max bro.

Sure! You're welcome to do that to get some extra work in. Not everyone is capable of doing 50 push-ups several times per day though and therefore it isn't a great recommendation for everyone. These simple exercises can be done by virtually everyone. Happy leaguestart
