Trade UI - Clear concluded/accepted offers

The Trade UI needs a way to clear concluded/accepted offers.
Right now the Trade UI will only allow 10 active offers.
But when a offer is already concluded there is no way to clear/remove it, even after getting the items received.

So in order to free space we need to close the entire UI and the system will auto-clean empty/accepted orders.

So just like rejected orders have a way to clear them, accepted ones also need this.

Having to close the entire UI is very troublesome since you need to setup the filters all over, and begin a search from zero.
