Please make Rogue Harbor private again

Console performance is terrible throughout the whole game.

But Rogue Harbor is *really* terrible. And that's only with like 4 people in it.

I can't even imagine what it would be like with 10+.

To be clear, by "terrible performance", I mean I click on Faustus to sell stuff, and it takes 3 full seconds or more to open his dialog.

Heists are really awful to do too, because of the bad performance. It's so punishing to die during lockdown, and during lockdown the performance is awful. Stuttery, texture load issues, lag, desync, etc.

Please fix the damn game.

It was so good at the end of Heist league, performance wise.
