[3.13.]Replica Forbidden Shako Decay Occultist build showcase

I'd like to show you my endgame viable Decay build that i've been making in the last week.

The build uses Decay support as it's main source of single target damage. The build concept is not original, credit to Neato Builds
for the original idea, however his build needed much more investment because GGG murdered the duration on the original two notables, so we needed to find other sources of skill effect duration

Currently, with 4,1x duration multiplier, Storm Burst has 4,92 second duration, which is 12 instances of 75% damage, totaling at 900% (9x multiplier) for the 600K PoB DPS shown in the calc, for 7,2 m dps which is constantly ticking while running around using withering step and wither totems for constant 15 stacks of wither stacks.

Lvl 35 Decay in the Replica Shako casually boosted my damage by 1,5x compared to the bow, so it was a worthwhile investment of 60 Divines (extremely lucky mind you).

Defences include ~5K life, acro, phase acro, wind dancer, temp chains and enfeeble, 77% all max res (was 75% with a quiver) with 90% max chaos resistance with Divine Flesh keystone. Vaal grace has a 25 seconds uptime for 75/75% dodge + spell dodge. (with a 40+ seconds of soul gain prevention)

Still very much a quite expensive (thank you Toxic Rain meta) softcore trade build, not SSF viable in any way, although Harvest helped a ton crafting the Cluster jewels, and the rare gear.

Clear skill is just a GMP Soulrend, becasue we benefit from all the duration modifiers + Herald of Ash + Profane Bloom Pops. Here are a few videos showcasing Decay and boomer mechanics.

There's still more possible minmaxing opportunities for me but i thought i'd share the build if someone wants to try to make Decay great again!

Do you know what happens to Forbidden Shakos if you use a Divine Orb? Does it re-roll the level value or the actual support links themselves? Wondering if I bought a level 30 Decay, could I Divine to 35.

I wasn't able to find any info on this anywhere, figured I'd ask somebody playing the build.

Very creative, well done! Was also thinking about trying Neato's idea out, but Storm Burst is a tad too slow for me, so I decided not to after all. Props to you tho for sticking with it and taking it all the way to the endgame.

I've also noticed your melee bleed Deadeye. How was it? I'm currently leveling exactly this build, for the moment it's fine, but nothing spectacular. Just wanted to know it fared later on.
