Lioneye’s Fall Jewel not reaching noteables

On Xbox. Lioneye’s Fall Jewel (using gladiator ascendency) does not reach Cleaving, but reaches Slaughter (furthest left on passive tree). Tree needs to be fixed, it should be allowing us to allocate both.

It has never reached Cleaving. This is not a bug.

If you play Bleed Bow, you take Cleaving anyway, even though LF doesn't convert it, because of the two lines on it that don't mention axes (increased damage against bleeding enemies and your bleeds deal damage faster).
