Ritual League suddenly lacks all ritual altars

Hey all,
Weird problem that I can't figure out. Can't be a bug because no one else seems to be having it.

I'm lvl 69 in the Ritual League. When I logged in this morning the ritual altars don't show up in any map. I can still play and progress but there aren't any altars. I've tried going to multiple areas in multiple acts but they all have the same problem, I've reloaded in, restarted, changed my Server, logged in to Standard and back to Ritual but nothing solves it.

The other thing is that every time I start the game I get the same notification notice from the night before.

Any help? I'm totally stuck.

EDIT: I think it's fixed. For some reason a trade rejection I received seemed to be jamming things up. Once I cleared/withdrew the offer it went back to normal. Seems like this could be a bug but I think I'm set for now.
