Simple, Aesthetic, Functional Hideouts

I prefer my hideouts simple, functional and aesthetic. I found most of them not ideal for efficient and productive use, or just too much.
I figure there must be others like me out there, and am considering sharing more like this with different themes but maintaining the minimal and functional style. Give me some theme ideas. Would love to hear your feedback! The Study
