when will they be up? its been longer then the aprox 30 minute window.

I've been trying to read a thread here for nearly 2hrs now, still can't access it.
And I have no idea when they enabled the bright read header bar info, was already there when I logged in at 16.30hrs. |

You have just over 2 hours for new league. Not sure if the queue starts one hour before that, but ATM servers aren't up to go into queue.
